NAIH - National Association of Inflatable Hirers - Industry Trade Association

AIMODS - Association of Inflatable Manufacturers, Operators, Designers and Suppliers - Industry Trade Association

IPMA - Inflatable Play Manufacturers Association - Industry Trade Association

PIPA -  Pertexa Inflatable Play Accreditation - Scheme allows operators to have their equipment tested to comply with BS EN 14960:2006

PLI - Public Liability Insurance - A must for operators

CRB - Criminal Records Bureau -  Disclosure Certificate required by many organisations now if you work with children

PAT Test - Portable Appliance Test - Required for your fans and electrical cables

LIW - Leisure Industry Week - Major industry exhibition held annually in September

FSB - Federation of Small Businesses - Trade Association

RPII- Register of Play Inspectors International - Organisation responsible for the training of PIPA inspectors.

RoSPA - The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents - Charity promoting accident prevention

API - Association of Play Industries - Trade body representing those involved in indoor and outdoor play equipment

ILAM - Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management - Professional body representing leisure managers

BALPPA - The British Association of Leisure Parks Piers and Attractions - Trade Association representing owners, managers, suppliers and developers in the UK’s commercial leisure parks, piers, zoos and static attractions

NFAN - National Farm Attractions Network - Organisation assisting with the development of rural attractions
